Nicky Whelan

Nicky Whelan, born 10 May 1980 in Australia is a model and actress. The actress gained prominence in Australia for her role as Pepper Steiger, which she played over a 100 episodes in the Australian soap opera Neighbors between 2006 and 2007. The actress arrived in Hollywood through two separate projects. First, the choral comedy Hollywood & Wine in which she played an actress who was who was a newcomer to Hollywood. The 9th season Scrubs she appeared as Maya who plays a appealing medical student. The show was abruptly cut off. Then, she went on to film the Farrelly brothers-produced comedy called Good To Shoot, which featured Jason Sudeikis and Owen Wilson. Thereafter the actress was seen in short-form films, as well as B-Series movies. In 2013, she landed some more roles that were viewed as more prominent in six episodes of the detective series Franklin and Bash and her first ever permanent part in Chosen with Milo Ventimiglia.
